How we process your application

Your applications are processed automatically during normal business hours (0700-1100 and 1400-1700). You will receive an automatic email confirming that you have successfully completed your application form after you successfully completed your application. Applications submitted outside business hours are placed in a priority queue and processed early the next working day.

Note: Due to increased filtering of email by both ISPs and businesses, you may not receive your confirmation email. If you don’t seem to receive your email try checking your junk/spam mail, trash, deleted, or quarantined folders for this confirmation email.
